...OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO 20 KNOTS...

Occasional wind gusts to around 20 knots will be possible through
2:30 AM on the Potomac River below the US 301 Bridge and the
Chesapeake Bay between North Beach and Smith Point, including
Tangier Sound. Mariners in small craft should use caution and be
prepared for locally higher winds and waves.
