nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A surface high far NE of the area will move E through early next
week. A weak trough will form over the area on Monday. The trough
will move W slowly Tuesday and Wednesday as a new high builds far
N of the area.
