offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
build SE into the area today, persist over the waters tonight
into Tue, then pass E of the area Tue night. Low pressure will
approach the area from the SW Tue night, pass N over the southern
waters Wed, continue N across New England Wed night and Thu,
then move off to the NE Thu night. The low will pull a trailing
cold front E over the waters late Wed into Thu.

with VSBY 1 nm or less.
