* Special Marine Warning for...
  Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the
  Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel...
  Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-North Carolina
  border out to 20 nm...

* Until 730 AM EDT.

* At 638 AM EDT, observations indicated that winds behind a cold
  front were gusting to around 35 knots. These gusts will persist
  for the next half hour before diminishing.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Observations.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lynnhaven, Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge,
  Fishermans Island, 10 Nm East Of Virginia Beach Oceanfront,
  Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Cape Henry Wreck, Cape Henry, Rudee
  Inlet, and Sandbridge.
