For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch low pressure currently near Duluth, MN
tracks east across southern Lake Superior today while weakening to
29.7 inches. Ridging builds to 30.1 inches over the Upper Great
Lakes tonight then shifts east on Thursday as a 29.8 inch low
pressure tracks across the Upper Mississippi Valley. The low then
lifts northeast over northwestern Ontario while deepening to 29.7
inches on Friday. A weak 30.0 inch trough pivots across the lake
Saturday morning ahead of ridging that builds to 30.1 inches by
Saturday evening then persists through Sunday.
