.DISCUSSION...

Strong southeast winds, with gusts in excess of 40 mph, will
continue across central South Dakota through Monday evening. These
strong winds will translate eastward during the morning hours on
Monday to encompass northeastern South Dakota and west central
Minnesota as well. Rain showers will affect mainly central South
Dakota late tonight, then look for additional shower and
thunderstorm chances Monday afternoon and evening. Minimum relative
humidity values Monday afternoon will be in the 40 to 50 percent
range across south central South Dakota and far northeastern South
Dakota and west central Minnesota, and will generally be in the 50
to 80 percent range elsewhere.
