Fire Weather Planning Forecast For CEN/ERN VA...NE NC...MD ERN SHORE
National Weather Service WAKEFIELD VA
408 AM EDT Fri May 3 2024

.DISCUSSION...
A backdoor cold front pushes through the region, from northeast to
southwest later today, leading to much cooler conditions at the
coast. Min RH values range from 35 to 40 percent across the VA
piedmont to 65 to 75 percent on the Maryland eastern shore. Rain
chances increase late tonight through Sunday as a series of
disturbances impact the region. Summerlike conditions return to
the area by the middle of next week.
