Regional Weather Forecast
National Weather Service Bismarck ND
615 AM CDT Tue Apr 30 2024 /515 AM MDT Tue Apr 30 2024/

A quick moving system will spread showers across eastern Montana
and into the western Dakotas this morning, then across the
eastern Dakotas and into Minnesota by this evening. Lows this
morning will range from the 30s northeast to lower 40s southwest.
Highs today will range from the 40s to mid 50s north, to the 60s
and lower 70s south. Windy conditions will develop from eastern
Montana into the western Dakotas this afternoon behind the rain
showers, which is combined with low relative humidities to create
critical fire weather conditions in portions of that area.

Rain showers linger over northeast North Dakota and much of
Minnesota overnight into early Wednesday, while western and
southern portions of the region dry out. Lows on Wednesday morning
will be in the 30s over western and central portions of the
region, with some 40s remaining under the clouds and rain showers
in the east. The latter half of the work week will bring
seasonably cool temperatures. Daytime highs will be mostly in the
50s and 60s, with overnight lows in the 30s and 40s. Daily chances
for showers will remain in the forecast Wednesday through Friday.
