.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate southeast flow is expected through Sunday night
before strengthening to stronger levels Monday afternoon through
Monday night, where there is a medium chance for winds to strengthen
to Small Craft Advisory conditions (over 20 knots). Weak to moderate
flow will return Tuesday morning and remain in place through the
workweek.
