.DISCUSSION...
Cloudy, cool, and moist weather will result in no fire weather threat
for both today and tomorrow over southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska.
By the weekend, expect drying conditions with temperatures returning to
average and even above average. RH will drop especially by Sunday however
winds should remain below Red Flag criteria over the CWA through the
forecast period.
