  Des Moines River at Fort Dodge affecting Webster County.

  West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt affecting Humboldt County.

  East Fork Des Moines River near Algona affecting Humboldt and
  Kossuth Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Des Moines River at Fort Dodge, or from the municipal
  power dam...to Lehigh.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:00 PM CDT Sunday was 11.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is near crest now and is expected to
    fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.5 feet.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:15 PM CDT Sunday was 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Tuesday morning and continue falling and remain below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
