...Small Hail Possible Transitioning to Intense Snow in Western
Iowa...

A few thunderstorms look to be capable of producing dime size hail
early this morning over portions of west central Iowa. However,
the precipitation is likely to transition over to all snow and is
forecast to be heavy at times, especially in areas near lightning
through around 6 AM. Roads will become snow covered and slick in
a short time frame due to the intense snowfall rates.
