  Fox River at Wayland affecting Clark County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Fox River at Wayland.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land on the
  south bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this afternoon and continue falling to 2.7 feet Monday, May
    13.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
