.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Fresh to strong E to SE
breezes are forecast across Mendocino coastal waters through this
afternoon. Another frontal boundary from the NW will bring rapidly
varying winds for the northern waters late tonight into Sunday
morning. Northerly winds and steeper waves will increase Sunday
afternoon and evening, and eventually become the prevailing condition
into early next week.
