Snowfall and the threat for blizzard conditions has ended.
Therefore, the Blizzard Warning is cancelled. Roads will remain
icy and snowpacked in spots, making for hazardous travel
overnight.

...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard or near blizzard conditions. Additional snow
  accumulations of a trace to an inch. Northerly winds gusting up
  to 40 mph, creating visibility reductions as low as one quarter
  mile at times in blowing snow.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado,
  northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT /1 AM CDT/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on icy and snowpacked roadways, making for
  hazardous travel overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must
travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded,
stay with your vehicle.

* IMPACTS...Plan on icy and snowpacked roadways, making for
  hazardous travel overnight.
