Cloudy skies prevailed across the region this morning as showers
and thunderstorms and gusty easterly winds were observed in
central and north-central Wisconsin. Temperatures this morning
ranged from the upper 30s to low 50s.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout today.
While severe weather is not expected, some stronger showers and
storms could produce gusty winds, small hail, and heavy downpours.
Blustery conditions are also expected at times today, starting
this morning with east to southeast winds gusting to 25 to 35
mph, becoming westerly late this afternoon. High temperatures will
vary greatly across the region with readings in the low to middle
50s across the Northwoods and along the lakeshore, to the upper
50s to middle 60s in central and east-central Wisconsin.
