Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
342 PM CDT Mon May 6 2024

Sunny skies and breezy southeast winds prevailed across the
region late this afternoon as temperatures ranged from the low to
middle 60s along the lakeshore, to the upper 60s to low 70s
inland.

For tonight, mostly clear skies are expected to start with clouds
increasing from the southwest after midnight ahead of the next
chance for rain. Low temperatures will range from the low to
middle 40s in far northeast Wisconsin to the upper 40s to low 50s
in central and east-central Wisconsin.

For Tuesday, rain showers and some thunderstorms will lift across
the region from southwest to northeast in the morning through the
early afternoon. A wide range in temperatures is expected for
Tuesday due to the rainfall occurring during peak heating, with
highs ranging from the low 50s to the middle 60s. Another chance
for showers and thunderstorms will develop sometime during the
late afternoon and evening across central Wisconsin. These
thunderstorms may have the potential to become strong or severe
and produce large hail and damaging winds. The severe threat will
decrease as the evening progresses and the showers and storms lift
northeast across the remainder of the region. With the potential
for strong or severe storms, be sure to have multiple ways to
receive warning information.
