* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The islands of Niihau and Kauai.

* WHEN...From late tonight through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
  closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
  may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
  rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A slow moving front will produce heavy showers and
    thunderstorms over Kauai County. Due to pre-existing wet soil
    conditions any additional heavy rainfall will quickly lead to
    runoff and flash flooding concerns. Wet weather conditions
    will begin to improve by Monday morning with decreasing
    rainfall amounts.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
