...Preliminary Storm Survey Scheduled for today for portions of
Colbert and Limestone Counties...

The National Weather Service office in Huntsville AL will conduct
storm surveys today in Colbert and Limestone Counties in Alabama.
The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved
through the area on 04/02/2024.

A final assessment including results of the survey are expected
to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information
Statement by this afternoon or evening.

The storm survey information will also be available on our
website at http://www.weather.gov/hun
