...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM EDT SUNDAY...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northern Adams County and southern Highland County in Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1050 PM EDT, radar indicated that earlier thunderstorms
    had caused 2.5 to 4.5 inches of rain. Some flooding and road
    closures may persist into the overnight hours.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Folsom, Berrysville, Marshall, Belfast, Highland Holiday, New
    Market, Sinking Spring, May Hill and Serpent Mound. This
    includes areas along Ohio Brush Creek in southern Highland
    County and northern Adams County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
