For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 inch high will reside over the Saint Lawrence
Valley through today. The high will then exit across eastern
Quebec and the Labrador Sea tonight and Tuesday. A 29.3 inch low
over Lake Superior Tuesday night will push a warm front across the
lake, followed by a cold front on Wednesday. An axis of weak high
pressure over the Mississippi Valley will nose across the lower
Great Lakes Thursday. High pressure will remain to the south of
the Lake Friday with pressure averaging 30.0 inches.
