...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
counties, southeast Santa Barbara and Ventura.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Roadway and small stream flooding will be likely,
especially low lying and poor drainage areas. In addition, there
will be the threat of rockslides and mudslides, especially in the
foothills and canyon roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1218 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally
heavy rainfall over southeast Santa Barbara and much of
Ventura County, especially across the Highway 101 and 118
corridors. Rainfall rates between 0.25 and 0.50 inches per
hour will be common. There is a slight chance of
thunderstorms this afternoon which could cause locally higher
rates and accumulating small hail.

Camarillo, Fillmore, Ojai, Montecito, Chatsworth, Moorpark,

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
