Dry conditions will continue at the burn site today. Light and
variable winds early this morning will increase out of the
southwest early this afternoon as a Gulf breeze pushes inland.
Maximum dispersion values this afternoon will rise into the fair
to good category. Minimum relative humidity values will remain
above critical levels throughout the forecast period.
