  waves 5 to 9 ft into this morning. Winds becoming northeast 10
  to 20 knots this afternoon and evening with waves of 3 to 6
  feet.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
