* WHAT...Blowing snow with low visibility expected. Winds could
  gust as high as 55 mph. Visibility could drop to less than one
  quarter mile at times.

* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility with
  whiteout conditions possible. Snow drifts will form.
