Dry conditions in place will make for relative humidity values
dropping into the mid 33% to 38% range for Min RH for both days.
However, the green up and overall lack of winds will make for
minimal if any fire weather concerns over the next 2 days. Fuel
moisture values should be well into the 12% to 20% values.
