PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Portneuf River at Topaz.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Lowland and crop field flooding possible
  from Pebble Creek to Inkom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM MDT Thursday the stage was 3.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near its current
    level for much of the upcoming week with only minor
    fluctuations expected.
  - Action stage is 3.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
