...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by frequent passing showers.

* WHERE...Poor drainage areas in Bayamon, Carolina, Guaynabo, San
  Juan and Trujillo Alto.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 758 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated frequent light to
    moderate rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
