Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across north central Puerto Rico. Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure. .Marine Conditions...Small craft should exercise caution across offshore Atlantic Waters and near thunderstorm activity. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone particularly across western, northern, and eastern exposed beaches. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday A wet and unstable weather pattern will persist through at least Saturday. This setup will promote thunderstorms and excessive rainfall across the area. Deteriorating marine and coastal conditions expected by late this weekend into early next week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
