* At 1256 PM EDT/1156 AM CDT/, a strong thunderstorm was located 15
  nm southwest of Mexico Beach, or 19 nm west of Port St. Joe, moving
  east at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  Buckeye Reef, O Tower, K Tower, Port St. Joe, S Tower, V Tower,
  Empire Mica Wreck, Apalachicola, C Tower, Cape San Blas, St George
  Island, and Marker 24 Barge.
