...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowland areas occurs
  along the river from Vermillion to the mouth of the Black
  Vermillion River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 3.4 feet Sunday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
