.DISCUSSION...Skies will be mostly sunny this afternoon. Highs
will be in the 60 with minimum relative humidity ranging from
around 25 percent in western South Dakota to around 35 percent in
south central South Dakota. Winds will variable around 10 mph in
south central South Dakota and south at 10 to 15 mph across
western South Dakota.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Sunday afternoon, The grassland fire danger index
will reach the low category.
