.DISCUSSION...Gusty north winds between 25 and 35 mph will
continue through Thursday evening around the forecast area. Modest
moisture will push into the southern Great Basin, resulting in
chances of light rain and isolated lightning on Thursday and
Friday. Highest chances of dry lightning will exist across
Lincoln County. Conditions will dry out once again through the
weekend, with the region returning to minimum RH between 5 and 15%
by Sunday and lasting through midweek.
