.Summary...
It was the warmest winter season in two years. There were 26 days
with lows at or below freezing, which was the fewest in two years.
For the first time since the winter of 2015-2016, there were no
temperatures colder than 20 degrees.

For the second winter in a row, rainfall was above average. However,
the amount of rain that fell was the least in two years. Similar to
last winter, there were 36 days with measurable rainfall.

There was no measurable snowfall for the first time since the Winter
of 2008-2009.
