.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Cold front sweeps across the waters this evening, bringing scattered
showers and perhaps a thunderstorm or two. Winds will shift from the
SW to the W, and eventually turning N. N-NW winds will gust up to 30
kt into Thursday morning. High pres again builds over the waters
into this weekend with relatively light winds. Low pres brings rain
chances and breezy winds by Tue.
