...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central, south
central, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in
east central Kentucky, Estill and Powell. In south central Kentucky,
Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In
southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson,
Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Owsley, Perry, Pike and
Wolfe.

Additional rainfall this morning is not expected to lead to any
additional instances of flooding. Since flooding is no longer
expected to pose a threat, the Flood Watch has been cancelled.
Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
