The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southeastern Lee County in central South Carolina...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 329 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain which may
  cause small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will
  result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar estimates of
  2 to 3 inches of rain has already fallen within the past hour.
  Locations near Mount Pleasant High School and along Stone Run
  creek are likely to be most affected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lynchburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
