...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
California...

  Clear Lake At Lakeport

.Clear Lake at Lakeport is no longer in flood stage and the Flood
Warning has been cancelled. Elsewhere on the Lower Sacramento
River System, water levels will be fluctuating or receding very slowly.
Fremont Weir will continue to overflow through Wednesday.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

Forecast information for
  Sacramento River At Fremont Weir.
* At  2:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 32.8 feet.
* Present overflow depth is about 0.9 FT then forecast to end
  overflow late Thursday morning then forecast to recede to near 32.0
  FT Thursday afternoon.
* Flood stage 39.5 ft
* Monitor stage 32.0 ft
* Impact...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow, the river road to
  Woodland is closed due to flooding.
* Impact...Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest elevation. Overflow
  begins into the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural lands.

* Forecast to recede to near 9.0 FT Thursday morning then forecast to
  fluctuate near 9.0 FT thru Thursday afternoon.
* Flood stage 9.0 ft
* Monitor stage 8.0 ft
* Impact...Near 9.0 feet, Low lying structures and some main roads
  around the lake are threatened by the high lake levels.
* Impact...Near 8.5 feet, Minor flooding of some lake side residents
  occurs. More buildings are threatened from Lakeport to Clearlake
  Oaks.

Forecast information for
  Yolo Bypass Near Lisbon.
* At  2:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 14.6 feet.
* Forecast to recede to near 13.5 FT Thursday afternoon.
* Flood stage 19.0 ft
* Monitor stage 13.0 ft
* Impact...Near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west of the
  Golden Sprig Duck Club.
* Impact...Near 14.0 feet, Skyrakers Duck Club ponds begin to flood.
* Impact...Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately 1 mile
  west of the tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
* Impact...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
* Impact...Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms begin to
  flood.
* Impact...Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of the Yolo
  Bypass south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
* Impact...Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4 mile west.
  No structural damage is occurring.
