500 AM CDT FOR CALLAHAN...SHACKELFORD...TAYLOR AND THROCKMORTON
COUNTIES...

At 249 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain across the warned
area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen across the warned area,  with
0.92 inches at the Abilene Regional Airport at 240 AM. Additional
amounts of 1/4 inch or less can be expected through 5 AM CDT. This
will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Abilene, Clyde, Albany, Baird, Throckmorton, Wylie, Tye, Cross
Plains, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lueders, Lawn, Moran, Woodson, Putnam,
Dudley, Ibex, Bradshaw, Rowden and Elbert.
