.DISCUSSION...
High pressure in control through the weekend, bringing dry and
cooler conditions for both days. Afternoon highs are expected to
reach the mid 70s today with afternoon RH values dropping to
around 35 percent. Low-level winds from the north around 5 mph are
anticipated to shift to westerly in the afternoon and increase to
5-10 mph. Transport winds transition from north this morning to
the west this afternoon, maintain speeds around 6-13 mph. The
morning inversion is expected to break between 9 and 10 am. With
the dry airmass in place, fog is not expected overnight.
