.DISCUSSION...High pressure will continue to keep dry conditions in
place today, with minimum RH values dropping to around 25 percent
this afternoon as northeast to southeast winds remain light at less
than 10 mph. More moist conditions will return on Sunday as minimum
RH values generally remain in the 35-40 percent range. Rain will
become increasingly possible Sunday night into early next week.
