...Areas of fog will become locally dense at times early this
morning...

Areas of fog have develop across most of the region early this
morning. Visibilities will generally be 2 miles or less, but some
spots may lower to one-quarter of a mile or less through around
daybreak. The fog should lift by around sunrise.

Motorists should exercise extra caution when approaching fog banks
with sudden reductions in visibility through around 8 AM.
