NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES UNTIL 800 PM CDT...

At 711 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of heavy rainfall
and embedded thunderstorms south of Moulton moving north at 20 mph
and extending northward into the the Killen and Rogersville areas.
One to two inches of rainfall has already occurred in these
locations. Another half an inch to one inch of additional rainfall
is possible through 8 PM.

Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Athens, Moulton, Trinity, Rogersville, Killen, Town Creek,
Lexington, Leighton and Courtland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Very heavy rainfall is occurring with this area of rainfall and
embedded storms and may lead to ponding on area roadways and
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
