This hazardous weather outlook is for northern Lower Michigan...
eastern Upper Michigan...and adjacent nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan...Lake Huron and Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Wet heavy snow will impact much of northern Lower Michigan
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A messy mix of snow/sleet/freezing rain will impact northern Lower
Michigan through the weekend...with snow impacting eastern Upper
Michigan starting Saturday night and continuing Sunday night.
Significant accumulation of snow is expected...and the potential
exists for heavy ice accumulation along and south of the M-72
corridor. Gusty northeast winds will cause blowing snow and will
bring a high likelihood of power disruptions to areas that pick up
significant ice. See ongoing winter weather headlines for
additional information.

Gale force winds are expected in the nearshore waters of Lake
Michigan and Lake Huron through Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
