  Lake Huron from Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac 5NM Off Shore to
  US/Canadian border...

At 839 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Harbor Beach to 11 nm southeast of
Sebewaing, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  Harbor Beach and White Rock around 845 PM EDT.
  Richmondville around 905 PM EDT.
  Port Sanilac around 925 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by strong thunderstorms include White Rock
and Richmondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
