The following forecasts are for rivers in Southwest Lower Michigan...

For the Pere Marquette River Near Scottville... the latest stage was
3.8 feet at 10 AM Saturday. No significant flooding is forecast. The
maximum stage forecasted is 4.1 feet Sunday evening. Flood stage is
5.5 feet. At 4.0 feet... the river is bankfull.

For the Muskegon River At Bridgeton... the latest stage was 11.7 feet
at 10 AM Saturday. No significant flooding is forecast. The maximum
stage forecasted is 12.2 feet Sunday evening. Flood stage is 13.0
feet. At 12.0 feet... the river is bankfull.

Safety message...Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
