* WHAT...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest 15 to 25
  knots. Gusts to 30 knots. West winds 15 to 20 knots tonight
  diminishing to 10 to 15 knots overnight. Gusts to 25 knots in
  the evening. Waves 2 to 4 feet.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
