...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

.TODAY...Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots easing to 10 to 15 knots
in the afternoon. Gusts up to 30 knots. Mostly cloudy in the
morning then becoming partly cloudy. Scattered flurries in the
morning. Waves 5 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet subsiding to
3 to 6 feet in the afternoon.
.TONIGHT...North wind 5 to 10 knots veering northeast after
midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3
feet after midnight.
.WEDNESDAY...East wind 10 to 15 knots backing northeast in the
afternoon. Rain in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North wind 10 to 20 knots. Gusts up to
25 knots. Rain through midnight, then chance of rain and snow
after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet building to 4 to 7 feet after
midnight. A small craft advisory may be needed.

The water temperature off Michigan City is 40 degrees...and 43
degrees off St. Joseph.
