Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.00 inches will persist over Lake Erie in
Monday before a cold front moves east Monday night into Tuesday.
Weak high pressure 30.00 inches will return behind the front for
Tuesday before a trough 29.80 inches will move into the region on
Wednesday and persist into Thursday.
