For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.50 inches, will expand into the Great
Lakes today. This high pressure will persist through the weekend,
slowly moving to the east coast by early next week.
